SMS Consent & Opt-In

This page explains how Learn Software Engineering From Zero To Hero LLC(“Namaa”) obtains your consent before sending text messages, what kinds of messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time.

Who sends the messages

Text messages are sent by Learn Software Engineering From Zero To Hero LLC, operating under the brand name Namaa, using the toll-free number +1 (866) 798-8731. Our principal place of business is in Round Rock, TX, United States.

How you opt in

You give us express written consent to send you SMS messages by checking the “I agree to receive SMS messages” checkbox on our Contact page. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively select it. Submitting the form without checking that box does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

By checking the box and submitting the form you confirm that:

  • You are the authorised user of the mobile number provided.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You consent to receive recurring automated SMS notifications from Namaa Global at the number provided, strictly related to your inquiry and any active project or service engagement. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent.

Types of notifications you may receive

Namaa Global uses this number exclusively for transactional and operational notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. After opting in, you may receive notifications in the following categories:

  • Inquiry responses — a reply confirming we received your contact form submission and letting you know when to expect a follow-up.
  • Project status updates — notifications about milestones, deliverable readiness, or action items on an active engagement.
  • Appointment or meeting reminders — reminders for scheduled calls or consultations you have booked with our team.

Sample messages:

  • “Hi [Name], this is Namaa Global. We received your inquiry and a consultant will follow up within one business day. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Namaa Global: Your project milestone ‘Phase 1 Review’ is ready for your approval. Please check your email for the full report. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Reminder from Namaa Global: Your consultation call is scheduled for tomorrow at 2:00 PM CST. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active engagements with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month on average.

Message & data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on any charges that may apply to inbound and outbound text messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel SMS messaging at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us and we will immediately stop sending messages to your number. You will receive one final confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out.

You can also opt out by emailing admin@namaa-global.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and the mobile number you wish to remove.

After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by replying START or by re-submitting our contact form with the SMS consent box checked.

Privacy & data sharing

Your mobile number and SMS consent status are stored securely and used solely to deliver the messages you opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third-party marketing organisations.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most regional and MVNO carriers.
