When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, and message you provide. We collect nothing beyond what you voluntarily enter.
Our hosting infrastructure records standard server access logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then discarded automatically.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this website.
How we use your information
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your details, or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver our email service.
Server logs are reviewed only in the event of a security incident or to diagnose technical problems with the site.
Third-party services
We use Resend to deliver email from our contact form. Submitted data passes through their infrastructure under their privacy policy.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process IP addresses and request metadata as part of their CDN and hosting service. See the Vercel Privacy Policy for details.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any equivalent behavioural tracking service.
Data retention
Contact form messages are retained for as long as a business relationship is active, or until you request deletion.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@namaa-global.com. We will action your request within 14 business days.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data.
If you are in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data.
