A small team, deliberately.
Namaa (نماء — "growth") was founded in 2021 to do fewer engagements, better. Every project is run by people who've shipped at scale and who stay in the room through delivery.
No juniors. No outsourcing.
We keep the team small so the people you meet in the first call are the people writing the code. Senior engineers don't delegate to offshore contractors; they stay in the problem.
We take on a limited number of engagements per year. That's deliberate — it means the team isn't stretched, context doesn't get lost, and we can be honest about capacity rather than overselling and under-delivering.
Discovery first
Every engagement starts with a structured discovery phase. We read the code, interview the team, map the constraints, and write a brief before we write a line of production code.
Ship and stay
We stay through delivery. That means being in the incident channel, doing code review with your team, and leaving behind documentation that your engineers actually want to read.
Honest exits
We plan for our own departure from day one. Engagements end with a handoff playbook, not dependency. If you don't need us after six months, that's a success, not a failure.
Namaa rebuilt our core platform over 18 months without a single outage we didn't plan for. They're the most technically-honest team we've worked with.
Tell us what you're building.
We reply within one business day, and always by a human who'd work on your project.
