Namaa-Global Academy is a school-branded learning platform. If you're having trouble signing in, using a course, or with anything else in the app, here's how to get help.

Students and parents

Your school manages your account and enrollment, so the fastest way to get help with sign-in, course access, or attendance issues is to contact your school directly.

Account deletion

Parents and students can request deletion of their own account, and parents can also request deletion of their child's account. See Delete Your Account for how to request it.
